  1. On your Android device, open Chrome .
  2. Go to the website you want to create a shortcut for.
  3. To the right of the address bar, tap More Add to the home screen. Create shortcut.
  4. From the dialog that appears: Rename: Select the default name for the shortcut or rename the shortcut.
  5. Tap Add.
